About KERE Kids Nepal
KERE Kids Nepal is a non-profit organization. The organization is established on the objectives of improving our school’s facilities and providing our students with a quality education. The main aims of our organization are, good schools with quality and plentiful learning materials, with a scientific learning method and an enriched social and emotional environment for the children.
However since the massive earthquake on 25.4.2015 our top priority has been to rebuild one of our schools. Since the school collapsed those students have not been receiving any education at all. The remaining goals of our organization are below.
- Highly Trained teachers
- Plenty of materials that are properly used
- Improve upon the traditional teaching methods
- Establishment of quality education and child focused learning methods
- Change the physical structure and the concept of teaching within a year
- Reduce the migration of children from public/government schools to boarding schools
- Establish a peaceful and co-operative environment in our schools
- Connect our schools to the rest of the world and improve access to information
- Inspire the teachers to fulfill their duties and responsibilities toward the school and the children
- All children get the chance to go to a school that is full of materials and they will be given a good meal
- A good library and we will encourage the reading habits of our children
- Collect the funds from different organizations and companies to run our projects and work for schools and children
- Run the different types of training likes Montessori Training, ECD (early childhood development) training, hygiene training, vocational training.
- Connect the schools with internet and manage the computers for the schools
